Baked Asparagus

I've decided I like asparagus...I got some in my Bountiful Basket and had no idea what to do with it so I baked it and it turned out delicious. Just seasoned with salt and pepper...subtle but good.
Baked Asparagus
1-2 pounds asparagus
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Wash and dry asparagus. Snip off the ends of the asparagus. Lay on a baking sheet in single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Delish! Labels: side dish vegetables 0 Comments
