Green Eggs and ...Bacon?

Happy St. Patrick's Day. Today it was Andrew's turn to bring a snack to pre-school. Since Andrew loves the book Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss we thought we'd make a twist on an old classic and make green eggs and ...bacon. We had a blast making them (and eating them). Try making these with your kiddos today.

You need a bag of pretzel sticks, a bag of white candy melts (got mine at Walmart) and a bag of milk chocolate m&m's (pick out all of the green ones).

Lay the pretzels in pairs on a sheet of parchment paper.

Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Spoon or pipe melted white chocolate on each pair of pretzels. Top with green m&m immediately. Let set.
