Today I'm going to post one of my favorite desserts.  It is known by many names ie Chocolate Delight, Better Than...well you know,  but because this is a G-rated blog, I'm going to call it Heath Crunch Cake.  It is so easy to make and will curb any sugar or chocolate craving.



I made this for my cousin and her kids and they loved it (they didn't know how easy it was to make).


Start by making your favorite box cake mix.  I like Devil's Food.  Follow package directions, bake and let cool. 
Using a wooden spoon, poke holes all over baked cake.  The more holes, the more yummy your final dessert will be (my opinion).

Meanwhile, combine 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping with 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk.  You may alter this with more caramel or scm...this part is up to your taste.

Pour caramel topping over holey cake.  Mmmmm my mouth is watering already.
                 
This doesn't look very appetizing but just wait.  The cake absorbs the caramel topping.

Spread 8 oz container of Cool Whip (I used about 3/4 of it) and sprinkle generously with Heath Bits O'Brikle.  So delicious!
