Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
Saturday, March 12, 2011
I know a lot of you don't like spinach. Spinach is an acquired taste, and one that I have started LOVING ever since my palate enjoyed this salad for the first time. Now I put spinach in everything I can possibly can from frittatas to smoothies to salads. Now I have a turkey burger that calls for a generous portion of spinach. The interesting thing is you don't taste the spinach at all but you still get the nutritional benefit of consuming it. I hope you all enjoy this recipe because it is fabulous. My picky kids even cleaned their plates!
