Simple Chocolate Crinkle Cookies- Easter Style

Do you ever need a quick cookie recipe because you forgot you signed up to bring them to a church function, a work party or your son's classroom fete'?  Worry no more because this recipe could not be easier to make.  These babies are delicious...like a little brownie pillow with chunks of melted chocolate sprinkled throughout.  I made a Devil's Food Cake flavor but I'm sure any cake mix would give fantastic results...Yellow cake mix with Reese's peanut butter cups or Heath toffee.  Red Velvet cake mix with white chocolate chips.  Delicious for your next gathering.

You need a boxed cake mix, eggs, canola oil and vanilla.

I added chopped Hershey's eggs.
Mix the cake mix with  eggs, oil and vanilla.  Stir in chopped candy of choice.
Grab a handful of dough (about tablespoon sized) and roll it into a ball.

Roll the cookie dough ball into about 1/3 cup powdered sugar.

Place dough balls on greased cookie sheet or silpat.

Cook about 8 minutes at 375 degrees.  Warm, chewy, chocolaty heaven.
