I thought my kids would like a Pot of Gold (aka refreshing lemon treat) for St. Patrick's day so I made a lemon jello, refrigerated it over night and then cut it into small cubes. I placed the jello in green bowls
and topped with whipping cream. You've got to try these...they were magically delicious!
