Everything Cookies

I made these cookies just because I wanted to. I was craving chocolate and peanut butter and butter. I love this recipe so I used it again but substituted the chocolate chips with Reese's Pieces baking bites, white chocolate chips, toffee chips and a few chocolate chips to equal two cups. I baked them and could not wait until they cooled....so good! Such a great alternative for you peanut butter fans.
Try this recipe with your favorite mix-ins. You like semi-sweet chocolate chips? Add them. Macadamia nut fan? Add them. Walnuts, pecans, toffee peanuts? Add them. Use the base of this recipe to add your favorite mix-ins to create your own signature cookie. Have fun!
