Rock Star Marshmallow Brownies

No words needed. Just look at that photo and tell me these brownies
don't look fab. That white layer is a layer of magnificent marshmallow
that my husband convinced me to try. That layer alone pushed these
brownies over the top for me. I can honestly say that these brownies
are my all-time favorite. They are chewy and moist without being gooey
(especially in the middle). Love. Love. Love.
Measure dry ingredients, whisk to combine and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine sugars.
Add melted butter to sugar. Mix together. Then add eggs.
Add dry ingredients and milk and stir well.
Consistency should look like this. Batter will be thick.
Add cocoa.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and add marshmallows. Cook for about 5 minutes until marshmallows plump.
Let cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting while brownies are still warm.
Cut into 12 delicious squares.
Perfection. I'm seriously salivating.
This one is for me. Nom nom nom.
These are for my neighbors, who let me borrow two eggs to make these beauts'.
