Stuffing Casserole

Wondering what to do with all of that leftover turkey?  Are you a comfort foodie like I am?  Nothing is better on a chilly autumn day than stuffing and poultry...especially when you combine the two.  This dish was one that my neighbor brought me when I returned from the hospital with my little baby girl (she is now twelve) and it has been a family favorite ever since.

You'll need leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken, one can of Cream of Chicken soup (not the two you see here), a box of Stove Top stuffing (I like Savory Herb), frozen peas and milk.
Pick the meat off of the chicken and place in a casserole dish.  Make the pieces bite-sized.
Mix with 1/2 cup frozen peas.  Stir well.
Mix 1 can Cream of Chicken soup with 1/2 cup milk.  Mix with chicken mixture.
Meanwhile, make the stuffing as per package directions.
When Stuffing is done, pour over chicken mixture.  Spread so it covers all of the chicken.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly.  Serve immediately.  Prepare to be comforted.
